- In 2019, LARC introduced LAB: Learn Achieve Become, a revolutionary initiative featuring five experiential learning Labs. LAB helps individuals maximize independence and success through:
- The Lab for Living, focusing on life skills for greater self-sufficiency.
- The Wellness Lab, supporting health and well-being.
- The Smart Living Lab, introducing adaptive technology and skills.
- The Vocational Exploration Lab, offering career readiness and job skills.
- The Collaboration Lab, fostering teamwork and community engagement.
- Our newly launched Commercial Culinary Training Program is preparing participants for meaningful careers in the food service industry. With professional training and certifications, individuals gain skills to succeed while addressing food insecurity and health and wellness initiatives of our day training participants.
- Residential Services provide safe, supportive environments in our group homes, while innovative housing solutions empower individuals to pursue independent living.
