As the first four graduates of LARC's new Culinary Arts Training Program, they walked into something that didn't exist a year ago and came out the other side with certificates, skills, and a future. The 16-week program asked them to show up on hard days, master skills, and push past the doubts that can follow anyone who's been told the doors aren't open for them.

Their graduation wasn't just a milestone for four people. It was proof of what LARC believes: that with the right support, everyone has the ability to shine. LARC serves 300 people in Lee County through vocational training, day programs, job placement, and community engagement. Behind each name is a story.
